Less waiting. More life.

The wait belongs at home, not in the hallway. TuTurnoMD writes to every patient on WhatsApp and tells them when to leave, based on how the day is really going. The desk keeps its schedule as always; the system does the notifying.

No card. The patient installs nothing. The office does not change how it works.

The problem

The wait is the one part of the visit nobody has solved.

9:15 — 1:20

Appointment at 9:15, seen at 1:20. Four hours in a full room, with restless kids.

12 chairs, 20 people

A room meant for twelve, with twenty standing and no parking anywhere.

“How much longer?”

The front-desk phone, busy all day with the same question.

Nobody is at fault: that is how an office that sees everyone who comes is run. What was missing was a way to let people know.

The plan

The usual schedule, with the notices on autopilot.

I · THE SCHEDULE

Appointments come in by phone or at the window and go into TuTurnoMD. Whoever shows up without one, the desk puts in line with one tap.

II · THE MORNING

The reminder goes out on its own: “Your appointment today is at 2:00 PM. No need to come early: we'll message you when it's close.”

III · THE REAL TIME

An hour before and twenty minutes before, based on how the day is going. If the doctor runs a quarter hour late or more, the time corrects itself.

IV · THE ARRIVAL

The patient taps “I'm here”; the desk sees it on the board without looking up. When it's their turn: “come to the front desk.”

For the office

The desk doesn't learn a system. It puts down a phone.

One tap per action: Arrived, Next, Pause, Undo. Nothing clinical — only name, phone, visit type and time. It does not replace the chart; only the line.

Fewer calls

The “should I come now?” calls disappear: the patient already knows.

A calm room

Only those close to their turn are waiting. Fewer people standing, less contagion.

Fewer missed visits

The morning reminder and the real time cut no-shows without anyone calling.

For elderly patients

“Usted”, not “tú”. Large type, one time and a single button. Anyone without WhatsApp waits in the room as always.

With artificial intelligence

An AI office administrator, included from day one.

TuTurnoMD is more than notices. It comes with an AI that answers the office's WhatsApp, manages the agenda when you ask in plain words, and reschedules patients when the day falls apart. The desk confirms; the AI does the work.

Answers patients

Hours, address, parking, what to bring, “running late”: the AI replies with your office's details. What it doesn't know, it hands to the desk without making anything up.

Manages the agenda in words

“Book Ana Torres tomorrow at 9:30”, “move Luis to Friday”, “block Thursday afternoon”. The AI proposes what it will do and changes nothing until you confirm.

Reschedules on its own

If the rest of the day has to be cancelled, the AI drafts the notice, you review it, and each patient gets three free dates to pick with a tap.

Nothing clinical goes through the AI: only name, phone, visit type and time. And nothing goes out unless the desk has seen it or authorized it.
